Providing protection for the future

FINANCIAL

  • Good stewardship includes making adequate provision for the transfer of one's assets at the time of death, and for the guardianship of minor children. To assist members in this area, Florida Conference retains a lawyer to create simple wills free of charge and to prepare complicated wills and trusts at a reduced cost. For details, contact the Planned Giving and Trust Services Department at 407-644-5000, ext. 186. You can also download an Estate Planning Brochure in Adobe Acrobat format.
  • The Southern Union Conference Revolving Fund gives Florida Conference members the opportunity to deposit money with the Church and earn competitive interest rates. Florida Conference uses these funds for loans to churches and schools at reduced rates when money is needed to upgrade existing facilities, and/or build or purchase new ones. For a free brochure, call 407-644-5000, ext. 186, or download this Adobe Acrobat document.
  • Florida Conference assists members facing problems because of employment requirements on Sabbath. For details, call 407-644-5000, ext. 170.
…planted in the house of the Lord, they will flourish in the courts of our God. They will still bear fruit in old age, they will stay fresh and green… —Psalm 92:13-14
