OUTREACH AND SERVICE
Blessings are meant to be shared whether they're material or spiritual. Outreach and service are high priorities in the
Florida Conference. More than $1.7 million is spent annually to assist local churches in outreach and evangelism.
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness,
goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Galatians 5:22-23
- In times of natural disaster, the disaster response infrastructure goes into action. Staffed by local members, pastors, and Conference employees, the team is
in place and on call at all times to assist Florida's communities through direct support. In addition to coordinating material assistance, volunteers serve as the
warehouse management team for State-operated distribution centers. For more information or volunteer opportunities, call 407-644-5000, ext. 133.
- The Conference Youth/Young Adult Ministries Department organizes hands-on service opportunities for youth and adults, both in Florida and nearby
countries. Extending a helping hand toward communities in great need is a challenging and rewarding experience. For more information or to volunteer, call

There are 32 hospitals and 26 nursing homes in 21 states and Puerto Rico, which offer quality healthcare as well as employment and volunteer opportunities.
