Instructions For Programming
Your Satellite Receiver
To View Hope Church Channel
This guide will assist in programming your receiver to enable reception of Hope Church Channel. Before attempting to program this
new channel it may be necessary to make adjustments to the dish and/or LNBF to obtain a strong signal that reflects good signal and quality
levels. Poor signal quality will affect the ability to program and properly receive additional channels. If you need aiming coordinates for your

Programming instructions for the following receivers most commonly used by Hope TV:

The parameters for Hope Church Channel are as follows:
- AMC 4 at 101 degrees West
- Downlink frequency: 12116.900 MHz (Horizontal)
NEW FREQUENCY, 05/18/09 — VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: In some instances, you may need to try one or two integer digits higher or lower than this frequency. If you do not see the Church Channel after configuring your receiver, try a frequency of 12117.900 or 12115.900.
- Polarization: Horizontal
- Symbol Rate: 3.100 Msps (some equipment does not use the decimal and will only show "3100")
- FEC: ½

A Hope Church Channel slate graphic appears whenever a regular program is not being broadcast. After programming your receiver in advance to tune the Church Channel, if you see this slate graphic, you have successfully added the channel.
